Reflections on the 40th anniversary of homosexual law reform

I spoke to Law Talk this week about the 40th anniversary of Homosexual Law Reform. Subsequent generations stand on the shoulders of those who fought for reform. The vitriol, hate and abuse that campaigners had to endure was next level, and without the protection of anti-discrimination laws. Campaigners put themselves on the line to fight for what was right. I will forever be in awe as to how challenging that was, and incredibly grateful to them for fighting for change.
